By accessing and using AuctionXFlow ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AuctionXFlow.

4. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change subscription fees with 30 days notice.
6. 14-Day Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. To request a refund, contact our support team within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase. Refunds are processed within 10 business days. This policy does not apply to renewals or subscription upgrades.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, software, and course materials, is the property of AuctionXFlow or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
8. User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Platform. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with the Platform. You are solely responsible for the content you submit.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuctionXFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Educational outcomes may vary based on individual effort and market conditions.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
